Encrypt for sharing - Enable for network folders? Doco?
On Windows 7 x64 DDPE has installed a hook into Windows Explorer so you can right-click on a file or folder to access the "Encrypt for Sharing" feature. Its usage seems pretty straightforward, but the feature is not enabled on network drives so a right-click shows the option "greyed out". I am hoping this is a configuration option where we can enable for a network drive as I cannot see any reason why I should not be able to pick a file/folder on a network drive and then create an encrypted version of that file/folder?
I do not see any documentation on the "Encrypt for sharing..." feature anywhere. Am I overlooking the documentation?

Hi eddierowe,
Currently Encrypt for Sharing is only available locally on the device. Once files are encrypted locally they can be moved to network shares with no impedance.
We do have some light documentation that's built in to the local client that is installed with the product locally is found within Start -> Programs, and is stored under "Dell" in recent releases:
I hope that helps!
