Dell Encryption System (EMS Explorer)

Hi guys,

I have an external HD encrypted by Dell Encryption System (EMS Explorer) when I try to open I get the message Authentication Failed. Please contact your system administrator.

I don't have any data or system, just the data below, and the only empty space corresponds to the Response.

Response: (empty)

Can anyone help me with this, and do you know how I can regain access?
