dell ddpe decrypt fail

we have some win10 1803 installed ddpe with wrong version 8.9. some files are not able to access. we try to decrypt but failed. is there any way to decrypt those files?

1. try uninstall, files not able to access

2. try install good version 8.18, not able to access

3. try cmgau, online, offline recovery, not able to access

4. try copy the whole folder with db file to another pc, and install ddpe with same recovery id, not able to access.

 

Is there any other way I can try

Hello Suningsir,

Sounds like you went through some of the initial troubleshooting we would have tried.  Since this sounds like a complex recovery scenario it's probably best to raise a ticket with our support queue  at 877 459 7304 ext. 4310039.

To expedite the ticket if you could have a recovery bundle for the machine and an example file that isn't reocerying that would be super.
