Can't update Dell Security Management Server Virtual 10.2
I'm trying to upgrade from 10.2.1.12 from the menu, basic configuration - Update.
After some time an error message saying "Failed to update" appears and throws me back to the main menu.

Is there any way to upgrade the server via GUI or do I have to download a new vhd?

@Smidaren
Sorry to hear that you are having issues upgrading your Dell Security Management Server Virtual.You should be able to upgrade directly from 10.2.1 to 10.2.7.
Based on your workflow it sounds like you are going through the UI upgrade process outlined at How to Upgrade Dell Security Management Server Virtual
Do you have any context of error messages around the "Failed to Update"?
If you haven't already, I would suggest capturing logs by referencing How to Collect Logs for Dell Security Management Server Virtual
Once you have the logs, private message me:
I will kick up a service request (SR) and we will work on resolving your issue.

Thank you.
There seems to be a problem with dpkg and since I cant get sudo there’s not much I can do.
I’ve sent you a pm with logs.
