BIOS UPDATE FOR LATITUDE 10 ST2 Tablet

My Dell tablet Latitude 10 ST2 is installed with standard Windows 8.1. It does show BitLocker icon in the Control Panel but the Device Encryption can be turned off from the Settings/..../PC Info.

My issue is the tablet is show "Battery not Detected". As per Dell, this is a software update issue. So I downloaded two updates from Dell, Chipset and BIOS 09 and tried installing them. The chipset installed automatically but the BIOS flashing is not working even with the drive encryption turned off. BIOS is still show 08 at the Dell setup screen.

Correction, BtLocker is not in Control Panel. Also, tablet is showing "Battery not Detected".

Kindly advise how to update the BIOS or how to make the tablet detect my battery. Which are new, by the way.
