Upgrade von DD OS 7.10.0.20 to 7.13

what does it actually mention? also a specific reason to go bleeding edge with the newest LTS 2024 version (7.13) instead of remaining on LTS 2023 (7.10) until at least some more cumulative fixes are available for the LTS version of ddos7.13?
Any specific reason wanting or needing to run the latest and greatest 7.x version?
Which version did you intend to upgrade towards?
