Abnormal sized /ddvar partition
Hello!
I have a DDvar partition that is in the 90%+ range and has at most 4 core dump files and no support files showing in the CLI.
I would like to clear it out, but need access to that directory. I know I am supposed to mount the DDVAR partition, but do not see that as an option in the CLI (This is thru PuTTY.
I am new to this system (kinda dropped into my lap,) and I as old as this system is, (OS: 5.5.0.8-456696, DD640) I am pretty sure I am on my own.
Please help!

DDOS5.5? Ouch!
Might wanna check out /ddvar/log also once mounted.
creating a cifs share via cli is stated in https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000043071
On the Data Domain system prompt type:
# cifs share create path {max-connections |clients | browsing {enabled | disabled} |writeable {enabled | disabled} | users | comment }
Example:
# cifs share create backup path /backup
