Your chat bot doesn't understand what we need.

Hi 

I have purchased wireless keyboard and mouse from Amazon. I've been trying since long to submit replacement request to your chat bot but it keep asking me for service tag. and I don't have service tag as wireless accessory has not printed on it as I had purchased it separately. Please tell me how can I submit replacement request.
