Vostro 14 3000, keyboard 3 keys broken and coming out

My new laptop under warranty started Keyboard 3 keys (a, s & p) broken and came out and key W became faded/turned old. When I approached the seller he rejected to repair or replace the keyboard. Very bad customer support. I wrote letter/email to all in UAE no response received. We are using Dell products for last 3 years and were satisfied customer. Now I am going to suggest my company and other not to go for this product, it it is not rectified. Very bad quality keys.

Greetings for the day!

I have been a satisfied Dell user for the last few years; me (4 years) and my wife have been using a (1 year) Dell laptop. unfortunately when we bought one laptop for our child to use for attending online classes; after purchase, we observed that there is a discolor on the keyboard and it started breaking, one by one; initially we thought "one might have come out, by mistake", day by day the keys started breaking, the serious issue part is the keys started coming out from first month onwards; which was never expected from a product like Dell, even the product is still under warranty till 10 Feb 2023. Last week from Abu Dhabi we visited the shop in Dubai where we purchased this Dell product (M/s. USBS, Outlet Mall). When we approached the seller they said they will call us and arrange to pick from Abu Dhabi for service and repair. But today when we contacted them; they said the product warranty is not covered for the keyboard. We have a 12-year-old Toshiba laptop not even; ever shown to a repair shop till date. I hereby request your good office to make arrangements to pick up and service my laptop ASAP free of cost. I am very much annoyed with the product feedback; hope you understand my situation. I value money when spending on a worthy product. Please up-keep the customer's expectations. Expecting positive support and feedback ASAP.
