Vertical Darkened Line Across Dell G5 Screen

Recently, I noticed a vertical line, about two or three pixels wide, going down the screen where the pixels are turned off. It may appear minimal, but I'm finding it very distracting and irritating. Is this an issue I can fix myself or do I have to make a warranty claim?
