Updated email address. Now my order and warranty info are all lost. When I attempt to revert to the original address Dell tells me I can't.

Hello! I recently updated the email address associated with my Dell account login. Now, with the new email address, my order and warranty info are all lost! When I attempted to link the Dell account with the original email address again, Dell told me that I couldn't due to too many changes and to try later. I'm amazed that all of my order and warranty info is attached to the original email address and not the Dell account itself.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much.
