Sketchy money request email - Unable to verify legit payment

I received an email from PayPal asking for a payment, claimed to be Dell_29@dell.com. I paid the exact amount, but never received a confirmation email from Dell and there is nothing shown up on my Dell account. Dell is always very difficult to do business with and there is no one to contact in such cases. Can only call technical support, and they don't know how to route these cases. 

Can you help me verify if the transaction went through? If it can't be verified, I will reverse the transaction.
