Sent a used laptop, trying to get refunded!
Sent me a used laptop!
Tried to get a return label, never happened!
I drove 40km to drop it off at the depot.
10-15 business for a refund, it's been 18 BUSINESS days and still awaiting the refund.
Nowone responds.
Customer service is a joke, absolutely useless!!!!
I WILL NEVER BUY DELL AGAIN.
