Returned new laptop over a week ago, tracking still not received by Dell

I have returned a new laptop for a refund almost over a week ago, but my online status is still saying order not yet delivered to Dell. Surely this is not correct? Can you please advice? Laptop was not what expected, quality was low and battery life was a joke. Surely the delivery would now be delivered to Dell? I do need to purchase a new laptop, but I am stuck due to the refund retaking ages and not receiving any updates at all.

Please advice, thank you.

@tmknzoco​ That`s not acceptable from Dell at all.  It`s a lot of money to spend if one go, if you need to purchase a new laptop, but yet, have not received a refund for the previous one. And even worse, if you dont receive any refund at all. You are right, I wont be dealing with Dell again either or making any further purchases. Thank you

Use the tracking number on the return you made to locate the package.  Given the time of year, shipping delays are more common than not.

Hi. I just checked the status of my return, and it comes up as cancelled. Tracking status cancelled by DHL and I am no longer to find any history for my order at all. When entering my customer details through in Dell web page, it comes up that they are not able to find my order, that my details are invalid. It just looks like my laptop is not only lost but I am not even going to get anything back from Dell. Is this for real???
