Refuse to Accept Delivery
I am asking the freight forwarding company to refuse to accept delivery from dell because I am not fully satisfied with the product.
There are no option for this in the return policy. I am from the philippines but I am using a freight forwarder.
Kindly assist so I can refund my credit card.

Since the sale is between the forwarder and Dell, contact the forwarding company for assistance. Dell isn't going to work with you, since you've violated the terms of sale of the system by making the purchase in this manner (see below for those terms, noting numbers 2 and 12).

It is not between the forwarder. I bought the product with my money. The money did not came from the them. I paid the unit, the taxes and the delivery. There is no participation yet on the forwarder, since the product is not yet in their hands.

Then is should be a simple matter of calling Dell to cancel the order, if it hasn't progressed to production. If it has, you can't cancel the order and will need to either wait until it arrives, or enlist the delivery service in intercepting and returning the package to Dell.
You will quickly find out why purchasing in this way is very risky unless you're 100% certain you won't need to cancel or return an order.
