Rakuten rebate
On Jan 17, 2023 I purchased a lap top from Dell online. I should have received a 10% rebate thru Rakuten but Rakuten is telling me Dell has not confirmed my purchased. I even sent them my confirmation which included my UPS tracking number. Is there an problem with this information being sent from Dell to Rakuten?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

@DELL-Cares I am having a similar issue as the member above. How do I go about getting this resolved so that the cash back is added to my account?
