(Priority) My dell mouse is not working after 6 months

It is very disappointing to say that i am completely depend on mouse and keyboard as i am working from home. I have purchased dell premium KM7321W in January 2024 and just after 6 months, its mouse scrolling is not working and it is very frustrating while working and i am totally depend upon these equipments. This issue has to be resolved as soon as possible due to work urgency. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
