Poor service

I have been a Dell customer for all my computer needs for many years. I will never again buy or use any of Dell services or programs. I had Office 365 for several years. Last year I no longer needed it. I spent 5 <Profanity is not allowed. DELL-Admin> months and hours and hours on phone to cancel this service I no longer needed. They refused to cancel it saying I had to pay for it even though I no longer wanted to renew my subscription. I finally got them to close my Dell account after 5 months of dealing with them. They reported late payments on my credit report even after telling them to cancel my account. This is a poor business practice for this company to use. I will never use Dell for anything computer related or use any of their products. It's really bad to spend 5 month's trying to cancel a subscription and then be hit with late payments on my credit report because of their unwillingness to cancel my account and subscriptions when I requested. My opinion Dell stinks and I will never recommend anything to do as Dell to anyone.
