Package confirmed delivered to the wrong address by Fedex and Dell refusing to refund
My PS5 was confirmed delivered to the wrong address by Fedex and Dell is declining to refund. I contacted FedEx and Fedex asked me to contact Dell for refund and Fedex also gave me claim number for refund.. since then, Dell has been tossing me up and down and trying to decline the refund. What's going on with Dell. Where else do I escalate this to?

Contact your credit card provider and file a chargeback for undelivered merchandise.
