ownership transfer request

Hello, It has been  almost two months and i didn't get any update after a person from dell tech support contacted me requesting picture of my monitor smart id along athe request id. after that complete silence, i tried to contact him again but no answer. is there anyway to check my ownership transfer request status or can i talk to someone about it
