My credit card charged twice
I have made an online purchase of a Alienware laptop on 11/29 for $ 2,347.73 but my credit card was charged again on 12/09 after shipment by another $ 2,347.73
How can I get refund for the duplicated charge in my credit card?

Same problem, I called the customer service they bounce me to 4 different departments and saying within the technical issues they were unable to receive my email with the proof that dell charged me twice and going to contact me tomorrow( which I felt it’s like they will never contact me) very disappointed with Dell I spend $2400 and all I got is such poor service
