money has been debited, but order not placed

I have placed an order for Alienware m15 R7 laptop through net banking. The money have been debited from my account but order is not completing. I tried contacting customer support but it is saying they are available only Monday to Friday.

Having placed my order at Friday night how shall I know the status of the order. Kindly have a look into it. The money was credited to Dell Inter merchant only. Expecting a sooner reply.
