Missing Item
Hi,
I am wondering if anyone from Dell can help me please. I had a new XPS 8500 last year in June 2012. I never opened my keyboard / mouse box packaging as I was happy with using my Microsoft one.
Howver, the Microsoft keyboard has stopped working this morning , so i thought I'd get my new Dell one which i got with my xps8500. I have spent about 2 hours today trying to get it to work :emotion-6:.................only to find out that there should have been a "mini dongle" with it to make it work!!! :emotion-10:
There isnt one in the boxes at all that I recieved.:emotion-6:
Can anyone help and send me one at all please, in order that i can use my keyboard and mouse?:emotion-43:

Hi Ian,
To help you better, I have added you as a friend. Please accept my friend request by clicking on my name highlighted in blue and then click on “Friends” tab at the top and then click on “Request to Review” and finally click on “Accept” button.

I'm assuming you have a wireless mouse/keyboard. Did you look underneath the mouse for the receiver? If it is not there, there may be a switch to open up the mouse. The receiver may be stored inside the mouse.

Yes the KRM632.
Yes i opened the top of the mouse to put the batteries in and there was nothing there. Checked all packaging again and nothing there either
