Issue with order

Hi, I ordered an Xbox series x and it was supposed to be delivered today. Instead the second it was picked up from wherever you ever shipments picked up, Fed ex updated with a barcode unreadable status. I’m not even sure where the package is and fed ex customer service was no help. Also, I opened the dell credit line and was supposed to get $100 worth of dell points but never got them. I also was supposed to receive a $75 dell gift card after I placed my order, but never received that either. Can someone please message me? I’m very frustrated with my experience so far as a new Dell customer but long time Microsoft and Xbox customer. Thanks!
