Inspiron 3511 hinges and touchpad issue
I called at least 7-8 times in your dell community regarding the status of my hinges parts. And in your dell delivery status it’s showing me that part will be delivered on 17th march. Your executive say that left hinges is not in the stock.
I am a working professionalise and I have to deliver my project before 10th of march. I also apply leave for 3 days in my company just because of your low quality plastic piece. SO MY QUESTION IS WHO WILL BEAR ALL OF THIS LOSS THAT I FACE. Why the mistake in company’s manufacturing, customer will face? It’s company’s fault so they need to bear this loss.

Now I want refund of the product or else delivery me the latest piece quickly. I just purchased this laptop around 1-2 months ago and paying hefty amount for what?? For touchpad not working or hinges not working issue?

Now none of the senior team member is calling me yet. It’s been 30 hrs since the technical team escalated this to senior team. and 4 days since I reported this issue.

Finally I got replacement of new unit. Marking this as resolved.

Her senior team trying to contact me only once at 5:55 at that time I am on another call. She is very smart because after 6 she is out of work time. Then after she is not replying on the email and it’s 10:30 still not received any call from her side. I don’t think they understand the importance of customer. And there is no platform where I can complain this kind of that incidence happened to me.
