Subject: Persistent Issues with My Dell Laptop – Request for Resolution

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have encountered with my Dell laptop, and the unsatisfactory service I have received from your service centers.

Since the day of purchase, I have been facing the following persistent problems:

  1. Repented Deregistration of Biometric Key: This issue has caused significant inconvenience, affecting my daily use and security features of the laptop.
  2. Audio Malfunctions: The laptop's audio stops producing sound intermittently. Despite taking my laptop to your service center twice, where your engineers changed the soundbar both times, the problem persists.

These issues have been present since I first purchased the laptop, and despite multiple visits to the service center, they remain unresolved. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by the lack of effective solutions provided by your technical support team.

I would like to ask the following:

  1. Do you not have competent engineers capable of fixing these issues?
  2. Must I always carry my laptop to the service center without any guarantee of a permanent fix?
  3. Why has this problem not been resolved despite multiple attempts?

I expect Dell, as a reputed company, to provide a permanent and satisfactory solution to these problems at the earliest. It is unacceptable for a brand-new laptop to exhibit such persistent issues, and for your service centers to fail repeatedly in fixing them.

I DON’T WHAT TO DO THE FOLLOWING

1.FORMATING THE MACHINE

  1. CHANGING THE SPEAKER

I request a thorough inspection of my laptop by a senior technician or a replacement unit if these issues cannot be resolved. I also expect prompt communication regarding the steps you will take to address this complaint.

I look forward to your immediate response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Justin J
