Incredibly frustrated, still with the repair team
My Alienware m18 started crashing for a while, contacted premium support two months ago.
Between the poor communication (on-site repair didn’t even know what he was supposed to fix) and the absolute generic unhelpful replies from the technical team (we are sorry, no update, come back later…). I’m really lost at what to do next.
My laptop was collected on Aug.12th, is supposedly now sitting with the repair team, and i have just been informed that there going to be some delay (update on sep 9th).
