I need to change my company's payment method from pre-paid to invoice

When sending in repair requests, cases are stalled for 1-3 months because our finance workflow is not compatible with pre-paid.

I've been bounced back and forth from various departments and ghosted by others, I cannot find any clarity as to where I can request this and have it handled as soon as possible.

Any suggestions?

Hi Vision Healthcare,

For repairs not covered by warranty Dell does require payment upfront in the form of a confirmed payment submission. The following options qualify for that submission:

1. Credit/debit card.

2. Purchased Order if you have an existing Terms Account with Dell. You would need to work thru your assigned sales rep to work on qualification and setup of this account. Typical terms is 60 days.

3. Utilizing a Dell Preferred (consumer) or Dell Business Credit if you have an existing account. You can also work with your assigned sales rep to work on qualification and setup of this account. Typical term is 30 days.

Dell would not be able to offer any other payment options outside of the above listed items.
