I am reseller and want to change distributors

Since Dell changed their business model in regards to resellers, we now have to go through a distributor. You have to select one without knowing much about them. We are very unhappy with the one we choose and want to get a different one. They charge us tax when we are tax-exempt and they won't give us any quotes or access to their online portal.

We asked the Dell person we had been working with if we can change distributors. That person didn't reply and we've heard nothing from her at all!! I can't find anyone to escalate this to. I cannot find a phone number to this department. I have call some of the phone numbers I find on the web and they have no idea what I am talking about. One actually hung up on me.

Can anyone help with information on who to escalate this to?
