How do I cancel my Microsoft 365 Subscription?

I got an email stating my renewal date is approaching. It gave ways to cancel my subscription but the links and emails aren't working for me. This the Microsoft 365 Apps for Business and is showing $105.93 after tax.

Any information is welcome. It's frustrating when you are trying to cancel something using the methods provided to you and they don't work.
