GeM Authorization Code Reseller Id

 I Akash Kumar, and we are the company known as "Voltron Game Studio" located in Patna, Bihar - India. We are starting to deal in computer hardware and software. We are willing to deal in with DELL brand for Desktop Computers and Laptops. I'm filling Government eMarketplace (GEM) portal. I have a GEM ID also. But I need reseller or partner certificate from OEM so that I can add product on GEM portal.
