Extremely poor service and unbelievable easiness from Dell Tech support and technicians
I don't know how to describe how disappointed and frustrated i am from the way i was treated by Dell.
I bought a 2,300 USD device and 6 months later it started to malfunction, since that i got a warranty with the device i have contacted the tech support team and nothing was resolved for More than 8 Months now, More than 8 Month! do you imagine? the only thing they did is making me pay the warranty extension and then i was ghosted when i follow up.
I have no idea how a major corporation worth hundred of millions of dollars like Dell got that far with this poor service but i will not let go of my right as i have paid for nothing and that's no acceptable, even i had to go there to the HQ.
