Eiight -8 Faulty PCs not fixed

We bought 8 computers, series 5000. in July 2023. Being busy we install the PCs in October 2023. by November 2023 we realized the PCs were faulty, some times the PCs failed to boot. With many visits by two field engineers, and virtually all parts changed on two PCs , these PCs still would not work properly. Two PCs eventually were totally dead - DELL engineers verdict.

To keep this post short, suffice it say 1 Pc has been replaced. One is working after parts replaced. The balance, six PCs still not working properly , this at 26th  July  2024, aprox 8 months later! We have to resort to swith back to older WIN-10 PCs and buy 3 new non DELL PCs, for quickness ,to cope.  All our PCs and servers for the last 20 odd years or more have all been DELL. We are a small company and the time loss has been substantial over the last eight months. Seems returns & warranties & loyalty mean nothing to big companies like DELL.
