Did not receive return shipping label in email
Hi,
I want to return my new Dell laptop and after initiating the return request , no shipping label was received in my email. I do not see any option it request a return a label . Called customer support and the automated response system points back to online order support page. Need Help on how to request return shipment label.

This issue is finally resolved. In the support community I was able to message Dell-Cares moderator and they responded immediately with shipping label generation. The shipping label would take 24 hrs for processing and would be received in your email inbox.
