Dell XPS 15 9560 Warranty from Ukraine
Hi, I'm from Ukraine and according to the dell website there are no official distributors for this laptop, although there are plenty stores where I can buy it. I called to one and they answered that they have Dell Warranty for 1 year along with store warranty.
1. Is there any warranty for buyers like me with software/hardware issues?
2. What should I check while buying laptop except service tag on this page http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/2236/product-support/product/xps-15-9560-laptop/warranty

Dell does not have direct sales in Ukraine. The sales are through authorized 3rd party retailers.
For any hardware issues, you will get the warranty through the retailers. You will need to carry the system to the service center.
Please check if the model is available in your region. If there a particular model is available only with one retailer, there could be chances that there could be difficulty in part procurements.

That's the problem, as I said I already checked this list and did not find any authorized 3rd party retailer, there are some that sells servers or storage, but not laptops.
Does it mean that this purchase is on my own risk and I will not get any support from Dell?

Yes -- that's exactly what it means. There is no support for systems unless they're sold in the market where you plan to use them. If you purchase out of area, the system will need to be supported - and serviced if that's required - by return to the point of purchase.

I'm trying to buy laptop on Ukrainian market even with Ukrainian keyboard and I'm going to use this laptop in Ukraine. I don't know how our stores get Dell products if there is no authorized 3rd party resellers.
Of course they are saying it's from authorized distributor, but how can I prove that? Will I get authorized reseller contacts after checking Service Tag on the Dell website? I'm trying be safe and check everything before making this purchase and don't want to end up with dead laptop without any chance to get warranty..
