Dell Technologies Advisor

I purchased a computer at the end of 2023. After setting it up I realized it did not support the 3 monitors I wanted. I reached out to support and it was past the 30 day return window so I emailed my Dell Technologies advisor. He said in the following email that he would be able to get it returned and that I could order the correct computer. Based on his email I ordered the new desktop and then after a sending Brandon a few more emails he stopped responding to my calls and emails asking for updates. I spent near $3,000 on the new setup and have a brand new computer sitting here waiting for the return label. I have called support and get sent to a number that cant help. And the Advisor who is assigned to me to solve business problems lied to me in writing about a return so I would purchase more products. This is quite frustrating and I would like to resolve it. Hey David,

 

Just wanted to touchbase with you on the return. We’ll be able to get the equipment returned but the official decision can take up to 30days. So right now it’s just a waiting game until it goes through the entire process. I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
