Dell Reward Games - Game does not load and Exchanged valid points for games expiring in the past

I tried to play game to win more points here https://dell-rewards.vercel.app/en-US/games-and-sweeps

But when I redeemed points, the game didn't load. Redeemed 3 times but still didn't see the spin. Moreover, when I opened my redeem history, it shows my redemption date is 7/2/2024 but expire date is 6/30/2024, which cannot be possible.

I saw people posting the same issue back in Jan this year, and the post remains unsolved. If Dell does not want to warrant the discount, why still running this program and sending reminder emails to customers to use the points?
