Dell Credit Card Refund Delayed - Not happy with customer service

To whom it may concern,

My issue begins with my battery order as follow:

On October 09, 2015, I called Customer Care for a replacement battery for my laptop and to be shipped to my house. 

On October 12, 2015, I received the battery and it turns out the wrong part. I called Customer Care and they were going to replace my battery with the correct one. In the meantime, I sent the wrong battery back to Dell by UPS. 

On October 13, 2015, I received the second time replacement battery and it turns out the wrong part again. I called Customer Care and they apologized as always and that they were going to replace the right battery and still kept the charged amount into my Dell Account. The second wrong battery was returned back to Dell by UPS. 

On November 02, 2015, I called Dell to cancel my exchange order of the battery because they never responded back to my email nor they bother to call me. I bought my battery somewhere else thank God. However, Dell kept my account charged of  the battery to my Dell Credit Card. I never received the battery nor refund back to my credit card. I called Customer Care if they were going to return the refund to my credit card and they said "YES" It turns out to be a lie.They said, they were going to take care of it. 

On November 09, 2015, I called Dell Credit Card Customer Service if they returned the refund to my Dell Credit Card and it turns out it was not processed. Again, it turns out to be a another lie. I was so upset and concern how can Dell do this to  a customer and letting me get charged with an interest rate for late payment. According to Dell Credit Card Customer Service, they said don't worry we will take care of it and you will not be charged. I am tired of their excuses and I feel if Dell does not take care of it. I will have to bring this attention. My question is,How long will it take for Dell to process my refund to my Dell credit card? Serious, come on!! Do your job!! It already passed over 5 days.

Refunds on merchandise can take up to 30 days to process back to your Dell Preferred Account.  Once they receive authorization from Dell for the refund, DPA will post the refund to your account and any interest accrued will be removed. They can not charge you interest for a refunded item.

Still no refund. It keeps going and going. I think its time I bring this attention to the media about their poor customer service!!
