Dell charged my credit card and no product or no refund.

I purchased a monitor and Dell charged my credit card now the product is not delivered and when I call they say the Product is out for Production and does not give me refund and says this dept will help you that dept will help you and have been transferring my calls around for 3 days for 3-4 hours. I wish I had their Corporate HQ numbers so that I can file a complaint or even think about taking actions.

I have searched high and low for Corporate HQ phone number and cannot find one that doesn't automatically for ward the calls to Manila or India.

The worst part is no team know how to handle the call. I have been on the phone for 3 hours and they will not cancel the item nor they will modify looks like they are trying to rip us off.

Called cust care, let me transfer you to cancellation, this is not cancellation this is customer order modification, unfortunately I cannot modify your call let me forward you to ordering, ohh we are not authorize to modify the order let me forward you to order modification team, ohh this is order modification team you need to talk to customer service as we need authorization from customer care. back to square 1
