Comenity bank worst experience ever

I had a great relationship with Dell. I would finance a purchase and pay it off as fast as I could. 200.00 monthly payment from me was common. Then Comenity bank took over and my relationship with Dell went into the trash. I emidiately recieved a 400.00 finance charge and they haven't let up since. Fee after Fee after Fee. I have not received my "NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER" even though I asked for it repeatedly. At this stage it's best I just walk away and make a settlement. They ruined my credit they are not helpfull and they are an overall negative experience. Dell shame on you for doing this to me.

Comenity is terminating my Dell account soon. That will be an improvement if Dell and Comenity are also cutting ties. I have Been buying Dell stuff for decades. When my account is closed it will hurt my excellent credit rating. What's going on?
