Comenity bank problems for Dell financial, 30 year plus Dell buyer, no more.

Comenity bank is an eye sore for dell.

Dell needs to dump them or continue to lose long standing customers like me.

Their lack of customer care & the mistakes they make to customers accounts.

My automatic payment system was deleted twice so far since they took over, causing late fees that they won't correct for their mistake...not a way to keep customers. Can not find anyone in dell to talk to about it.
