Charged twice for laptop order and sales tax was charged during a sales tax free weekend..... please help

I just got notice that I have been charged twice for a computer I ordered this morning and Dell charges sales tax during our sales tax free weekend in Tennessee.  How do I contact anyone with customer service to get this corrected?
