Cashback not received

I purchased a laptop through the dell online store - Vostro Notebook 3590  on  15-11-2020. During the order, ICICI Bank 10% Cashback upto 8000 rupees was active - entitling me to a cashback. It has been over 90 days / 3 months and I have still not received the cashback. Please assist in processing the same.
