Buy an Inspiron in Italy (dell.it) but with german keyboard layout
In a few words: I live in South Tyrol which is in the north of Italy. Here is my dilemma:
- My native language is german (which is the language of most South Tyroleans)
- In dell.it I cannot buy a german keyboard
- In dell.at or dell.de I can choose the german kb layout but CANNOT buy it because dell.de and .at DO NOT accept italian credit cards or Paypal accounts.
Furthermore I have NO CHANCE to contact Dell by telephone or email to resolve this issue. I dont want any HP or Lenovo Laptop but it seems Dell forces me to go there...

During the setup process, did you add a second keyboard layout? If you did not add another keyboard layout, you can do this using the following method.
(Dell computers support German (Italy) as a language, but it’s hidden in the OS. To add this special language, select Add a Language and enter de-IT in the search box to get German (Italy).)
(If the touch keyboard button is not displayed, right click on the taskbar and select Show Touch Keyboard Button.)
Enabling the full touch keyboard layout
(This keyboard layout below is English (UK). See the two screenshots after this one for the keyboard layouts of German and Italian.)

Here are the keyboard layouts for German and Italian, in case you need them. German and Italian have the same number of keys.

Hope this helps!
