bad service for business customer

i reported a service ticket for my 2021 Precision 5750 on 2.Jan. The online engineer said it is motherboard broken and need to replace, Then, until now, they can not provide the motherboard to replace. It is 8 days later, still no any feedback that when the 2021 Precision 5750 can be repaired. I bought the ProSupport Plus service and in the sales contract, it is said "next busines day". If you can not make sure the next business day, they please correct your sales contract. Do not make promise the "next business day".
