AW3423DW, Still no active warranty on product
Spent multiple hours on phone with Support with no progress. My monitor purchased directly from Dell.com came without a warranty. Monitor department was aware of issue well over a month ago and just checked on the warranty status and there is non still.
What needs to be done so I can get the warranty that comes with this monitor? This seems like a simple fix.
EDIT: This monitor was delivered on May 9th so coming up on 2 months with no active warranty.

Status update, after working with OP, Dell-Cares was able to add notes internally stating the monitor will have a 3 year warranty from invoice date. Adding this here as an extra note/reference.

Purchased from Dell.com and delivered May 9th with no active warranty. Spoke with Customer Care, warranty department, monitor department, sales department and none have been able to assist.
