AW3235QF OLED Warranty claim rejected

Alienware 32 4K QD OLED Gaming Monitor AW3225QF

Alienware 32 4K QD OLED Gaming Monitor AW3225QF

Dell do not honour warranty. Monitor developed a fault after only 3 months of light use. Dell claim it was due to damage that i had caused. This is not the case as i was in hospital at the time only to find out on my return that the monitor had developed a fault. Dell dismissed this basically calling me a liar and that they can observe physical damage from the photos sent to them as requested. This is not the case as the monitor has no physical marks on the screen. Dell unhelpful and dismissive. $1000 down the drain. I blaim the new OLED screens avoid.

Chances are "the fault" term you're hiding behind is a cracked screen, which is just about the only reason a warranty would be denied.

And why you're posting in the Inspiron forum about your Alienware monitor is a mystery.
