Aurora 15 *premuim support* run around

I purchased an aurora 15 in march of 24. It was equipped with a 13700kf and a rtx 4080.

I’ve had multiple crashes and blue screen errors over the time I’ve owned it. Kept waiting for a bios “fix” for the intel cpu degradation issue.

I can’t run my system at all on any other setting then “balanced mode” even then I don’t feel like it’s completely stable.

after the most recent bios update in December with the intel code. I figured it was going to fix my issues. It certainly has not. So since I have “premium support” I figured now is the time to call up and try to get my pc fixed.

the phone support was fine and they agreed my cpu was affected and the buzzing in my power supply fan wasn’t normal either. So they ordered up the parts and a technician to come out to me.

that’s where the good part ends.

since that call. 2+ weeks ago. I’ve had 4 no shows for my set appointment times. Each time I had to take off work to wait for a tech to come. Only to not even can a call or contact from anyone. Just the canned “there’s been a delay” in my service msg.

this happened 4 times over 2 weeks. Today I had an appointment scheduled and I looked up my service status and see they rescheduled the appointment for February 1st. With in 20 mins after that I checked again and my work order has been cancelled.

so once again I call up to see what’s going on. I was told the “the customer authorized the service to be cancelled “

WHAT?!? I have no words for that answer as I’ve taken off 4 days of work waiting for this technician to come.

all that can be done is they are going to put in a new order for service. Or “ship my pc to a dell repair center 💀”

I’m at the end of my rope with this support. It’s nothing but a run around with the same “we’ll contact you in 1-2 business days” that never happenes.

this will be the last dell thing I ever own. I’ve owned plenty of Alienware pcs/laptops over the past 10+ years. I’ve never had this much of a run around on anything. Let alone a 3000$ pc.
