Am I asking for too much ?

So I purchased a device last year, the G5 15 5505. I'll paste the specs below with the offered device. Long story short they don't stock the same device anymore so they offered me a different one. The offered device has no dedicated GPU - and low refresh screen(But touch). I indicated this was a light gaming laptop so these are integral to the purchase. The machine originally costed around a thousand dollars CAD. I'm not trying to take advantage of the situation to get an upgrade - but I definitely need something that can compete with what I had at the very least. I use the device for gaming and work so being out of a machine this long is losing me almost a grand a week. This isn't really okay at this point. I went looking for a comparable device and the cheapest ready to ship laptop with a dedicated GPU  is G15 . It's obviously an upgrade in comparison but it's at the same retail price as the one I bought. Am I being unreasonable ? Should I take a device that clearly wont suit my needs ? How do I deal with this ? I emailed them back and we've gone back and forth twice and the rep hasnt made an alternative offer they actually literally emailed me the same exact offer a second time.
