Any letter (a,b,c... upper or lower case). Guess password can't be all numbers.

I guess you'll have to contact Dell financial services directly.
You can find contact info here.

I had lower case letters, uppercase letters and numbers in my password but it was still rejected.

Are you trying to create a (new) password or enter an existing password somewhere?
And where are you trying to do this? Is it your Windows log-in password, a network password, a website password...?
Are a minimum or maximum number of letters, numbers, and symbols required? Does your password meet those requirements?

I am trying to enter a password for dell financial services so I can sign on to pay my bill. I think they are asking for one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, an alpha character, and a minimum of I think eight total characters. I had over ten characters with all of the requirements ( but I don"t know what an alpha character is ) and it keeps telling me that my password is invalid.
